Roughly shape the shortcakes into hockey puck sized cakes and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake the shortcakes for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool. Garnish the shortcake with raspberries and whipped cream. One cake should do the trick.

Vienna Bundt Cake

Add kick with instant coffee or cappuccino

½ cup of Baked Butter

½ cup of flour

1 cup of brown sugar

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

½ teaspoon of instant coffee (or instant cappuccino)

½ cup of chopped almonds

1 package of devil’s food cake mix

1 cup of water

3 eggs

¼ cup of canola oil
